Welcome to Two Men and a Gutter ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the gutter, roofing, fascia and soffit, leaf-protection, and pressure-washing services we provide across the greater Indianapolis area. By using this site, requesting an estimate, or hiring us for work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Website Terms

Use of this site

This website is provided to share information about our services and to make it easy to request an estimate. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, photographs of our work, the Two Men and a Gutter name and logo, graphics, and page design — is owned by or licensed to Two Men and a Gutter and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or booking our services, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for other purposes without our written permission.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date. Service descriptions, availability, and warranty terms may change. Pricing shown or implied on the site is illustrative only — your price is the written estimate we provide for your specific property.

Third-party links and financing

This site may reference third-party services (for example, financing through Enhancify or a text-messaging link). Financing is offered and administered by the third-party provider and is subject to their approval, terms, and rates; Two Men and a Gutter does not make credit decisions. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and a reference or link does not imply our endorsement.

Service Terms

Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on the information you give us (such as your address and the work you need) and on what we observe at the property. If conditions differ materially from what was described — for example, hidden rot, difficult access, or damage discovered on arrival — we will discuss any change before doing additional work.

Scheduling, access, and your property

To complete most jobs we need safe access to your roofline and, for cleanings and washing, access to a working water spigot. You do not usually need to be home, as long as we can reach the work areas. Please let us know about pets, security systems, fragile landscaping, or other concerns in advance. We treat your property with care and aim to leave it clean.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of your estimate or upon completion of the work unless we arrange otherwise in writing. Financing may be available through Enhancify, subject to the provider's approval and terms. We will tell you the price before we start, and you will not be charged surprise fees.

Lifetime Warranty and manufacturer warranties

We back our workmanship with a Lifetime Warranty. The specific coverage, terms, and any limits or transfer conditions for your project will be described in your estimate or invoice. Products we install (such as gutters, guards, and roofing materials) may also carry the manufacturer's own warranty; we pass those terms through as provided by the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover damage from causes outside our work — for example, storms or other weather events, impact, alterations or repairs performed by others after our visit, or failure to perform reasonable maintenance.

Limitation of liability

We are licensed in Indiana, bonded, and insured, and we perform our work in a professional manner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Men and a Gutter is not liable for pre-existing conditions (such as already-rotted fascia, prior water damage, or aging gutters and fasteners), for damage that results from conditions we could not reasonably have discovered, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indiana law.

Photos of our work

We may take before-and-after photos of the work for quality records and, occasionally, to show examples of our work on our website or social media. These photos focus on the home's exterior and are not used to identify you or your address. If you prefer we not use photos of your property publicly, just let us know.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can so we can offer the time to another customer. We will do the same for you if weather or circumstances require us to move your appointment.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Two Men and a Gutter may communicate with you by text message about your estimate and service. By providing your mobile number to us — by phone, on our form, or by texting us at (317) 884-7591 — you opt in and agree to these SMS terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service — you can always call or email us instead.

Message types and use cases. This is a conversational program. The messages we send include:

• Replies to your questions and estimate requests
• Estimate details and follow-up
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Updates about the work at your property

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Two Men and a Gutter does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates may apply.

How to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will not send you further texts except to confirm that you have opted out. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.

Help and support. For help, reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us at (317) 884-7591 or info@twomenandagutter.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy and no sharing. Your text-messaging consent and the mobile information you share with us are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for text messaging are never shared with any third parties.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
